Greetings from the Owen Sound Attack Chaplains,
For the past 5 seasons we have been meeting with and supporting Attack players on a bi-weekly basis. During our times together we are able to share God’s love through relevant devotionals and discussion over good food.

Through the relationships we have built with the players and the organization we have been given the opportunity to host a Faith Night during one of the Owen Sound Attacks home games.  On March 3rd 2012 the Owen Sound Attack will host Dougie Gilmour and the Kingston Frontenacs at the Bayshore arena at 7:30pm.

Mark Osborne from Hockey Ministries International will be on hand to share his faith with the fans.  Mark Osborne is a former NHL Player who has played 919 games with the Toronto Maple Leafs, New York Rangers, Detroit Red Wings and the Winnipeg Jets.

As you can imagine we as Chaplains are very excited about this opportunity.  After 5 years of working with the organization we feel that we have been blessed with a special opportunity to show our community and the team the support of the local Churches.

Our goal is to have every seat in the building filled with excited fans.  To ensure that we are able to fill the seats we have been given special pricing on all tickets that we sell.  This is where you come in!

We are wondering if you would pass this information out to your congregation and help us to sell tickets.  This could be done in one of two ways.  The church can purchase a block of tickets that they would in turn sell to the congregation, or we could appoint a “Point Person” who would take orders for tickets, collect the money and call us with their order.

Tickets will be sold for $12.50 for Adults and $9 for kids 13 years of age or younger.  We would like to set the deadline for tickets as the end of January.  We must also take into consideration that tickets can sell out at any time so your point person should contact us once they have sold tickets.  We will do our best to make sure your ticket orders are filled and this will give us a running tally.
